브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 유비케어가 회사의 대표 전자 의무기록의료 정보(Electronic Medical Record, EMR) 솔루션인 ‘의사랑’ 고객들에게 더 나은 서비스를 제공하기 위해 ‘본사 직영 서비스’를 개시했다.
이번에 새롭게 개시하는 ‘본사 직영 서비스’는 의사랑 본사 서비스센터에서 전국의 모든 고객의 유선·원격서비스를 수행함을 물론, 일부 지역의 고객들을 직접 대면 방문하는 서비스다.
대상은 서울 강남·송파·경기도 하남(이하 서울 강남지역) 지역이다.
유비케어는 ‘본사 직영 서비스’를 통해 수집되는 고객의 소리를 다시 전국의 고객에게 이롭게 되돌려드릴 수 있도록 고객 가치를 최 우선하여 서비스하겠다고 설명했다.
