올해 대졸 구직자 희망연봉 평균 3610만원..이공계열 가장 높아

브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 올해 신입 취업을 준비하는 대졸 구직자들의 희망연봉이 평균 3610만원으로 집계됐다. 이는 지난해 동일조사결과(평균 3540만원) 대비 2.0% 높은 수준이다.

 

10일 잡코리아에 따르면 올해 신입직 취업을 준비하는 4년대졸 학력의 구직자 739명을 대상으로 ‘올해 희망연봉 수준’에 대해 설문조사를 진행한 결과, 희망연봉은 취업을 준비하는 기업별, 전공계열별, 성별에 따라 차이가 있었다. 

 

취업 목표 기업별로는 ‘대기업’ 취업을 준비한다고 답한 구직자의 희망연봉이 평균 4300만원으로 가장 높았다. △외국계기업(평균 3830만원) △중견기업(평균 3520만원) △중소기업(평균 3070만원) 순이었다.

 

전공계열별로는 이공계열 전공자의 희망연봉 수준이 평균 3850만원으로 가장 높았다. 이어 △상경계열 (평균 3700만원) △인문계열(평균 3410만원) △예체능계열(평균 3370만원) 순이었다.

 

성별로는 남성 구직자들의 희망연봉이 평균 3860만원으로 여성 구직자의 희망연봉 평균 ,490만원보다 높은 것으로 조사됐다.

 

 

한편, 올해 신입 취업을 준비하는 구직자 5명중 2명은 ‘중견기업’을 목표로 하는 것으로 나타났다. 취업 목표 기업 조사 결과 ‘중견기업’ 취업을 준비한다는 신입 구직자가 41.1%로 가장 많았다. 이어 △대기업(27.1%) △중소기업(21.0%) △공기업(7.3%) 순이었다.

 

대기업, 중견기업 취업을 준비하는 신입 구직자들에게 해당 기업의 취업 준비 이유를 물은 항목에 대해서는 ‘연봉과 복지제도가 우수할 것 같아서’를 꼽은 응답자가 각 73.0%, 50.3%로 높았고, 

 

공기업 취업을 준비하는 신입 구직자 중에는 ‘안정적으로 오래 다닐 수 있을 것 같아서’라는 답변이 70.4%로 가장 높았다. 중소기업 취업을 준비하는 구직자 중에는 ‘경력을 쌓고 업무를 배우기 좋을 것 같아서(45.2%)’, ‘지원 경쟁률이 상대적으로 낮은 것 같아서(38.7%)’ 이들 기업의 취업을 준비한다는 응답자가 많았다.
