브레이크뉴스 최애리 기자= 최태원 SK그룹 회장과 노소영 아트센터 나비 관장의 이혼소송 항소심을 심리하던 재판부 소속의 한 판사가 돌연 사망한 것으로 알려졌다.
12일 법조계에 따르면 강상욱 서울고법 판사(47)는 전날 갑자기 쓰러져 병원으로 이송됐지만 결국 사망했다.
강 판사는 평소 지병은 없었으며 이날 운동 중 갑자기 쓰러진 것으로 전해졌다.
강 판사가 속한 서울고법 가사2부(부장판사 김시철)는 최태원 회장과 노소영 관장의 이혼소송 2심을 심리해왔다. 강 판사는 이번 항소심의 주심 판사는 아니었으나, 사망에 따른 재판부 변동으로 인해 당분간 재판 연기는 불가피해 보인다.
한편, 고인의 빈소는 서울성모병원 장례식장에 마련됐으며 발인은 14일이다.
