브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 카카오뱅크는 국세청 홈택스 및 손택스에 이어 2023년 귀속 근로소득 연말정산을 진행하는 ‘연말정산 간소화 서비스’ 홈페이지에서 간편인증을 지원한다고 15일 밝혔다.
카카오뱅크 고객은 ‘연말정산 간소화 서비스’ 홈페이지에서 연말정산 간소화 서비스 로그인 > ‘간편인증(민간인증서)’에서 ‘카카오뱅크’ 아이콘을 선택해 로그인 할 수 있다. 기존 공동인증서 로그인 방식에 비해 지문인식, 6자리 비밀번호 입력 등으로 인증할 수 있다.
카카오뱅크 고객이 ‘연말정산 간소화 서비스’를 이용하기 위해서는 신분증 확인 및 계좌인증을 통한 ‘카카오뱅크 인증서’ 발급이 필요하다. ‘인증/보안’ > ‘인증수단 관리’ 메뉴에서 무료로 발급 받을 수 있다.
본인인증과 실명확인 된 고객들의 신분증을 확인해 인증서가 발급되고, 고객서비스 센터 운영 및 통합 모니터링 센터 운영으로 실시간 장애 대응 체계를 갖췄다.
카카오뱅크 관계자는 “고객들의 편리한 연말정산을 위해 홈택스, 연말정산 간소화 서비스 등으로 서비스 범위를 넓혔다”라며 “앞으로도 고객들이 보다 많은 곳에서 카카오뱅크 인증서를 사용할 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.
