브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 한국타이어앤테크놀로지는 지난 18일 신입사원 107명과 함께 소외계층을 위한 설 명절맞이 밑반찬 키트 제작 봉사활동을 진행했다고 19일 밝혔다.
이번 봉사활동은 한국타이어 신입사원 입문 교육 프로그램의 일환으로 진행됐다. 사회에 첫발을 내딛는 인재들이 나눔과 상생을 추구하는 회사의 경영철학을 공유하고 몸소 실천할 수 있는 기회를 제공하기 위해 마련됐다.
봉사활동에 참여한 한국타이어 신입사원 107명은 대전광역시 소재 행복한집 무료 급식소를 찾아 직접 전을 부치고 불고기 재료를 준비하는 등 밑반찬 키트를 제작해 인근 소외계층 가정 200세대에 전달했다. 물가 상승에 따른 생필품 구매 부담을 경감시키기 위한 식용유 세트도 함께 전달했다.
한국타이어의 신입사원들은 지난 2일부터 약 3주간 기본 소양과 경영철학을 이해하는 입문 교육을 진행 중이다. 교육 기간 동안 한국타이어의 인재상인 자율적이고 창의적인 ‘프로액티브 리더(Proactive Leader)’로서 개인의 성장 비전을 확립하는 시간을 갖는다.
