(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 경인지방통계청이 16일, 2024년 1월 인천시 고용동향을 발표했다.
자료에 따르면, 15세이상인구 및 경제활동인구을 살펴보면, 2024년 1월 15세이상인구는 264만 9천명으로 전년동월대비 4만 8천명(1.9%) 증가했다.
경제활동인구는 170만 8천명으로 전년동월대비 3만 4천명(2.0%) 증가했다.
경제활동참가율은 64.5%로 전년동월대비 0.1%p 상승했다.
비경제활동인구는 94만명으로 전년동월대비 1만 5천명(1.6%) 증가했으며 성별 전년동월대비 증감을 보면 남자는 34만 8천명으로 1만명(3.0%), 여자는 59만 3천명으로 4천명(0.7%) 각각 증가했다.
취업자 동향에서 취업자 및 고용률을 보면, 2024년 1월 취업자는 163만 9천명으로 전년동월대비 4만 2천명(2.6%) 증가했다.
성별 전년동월대비 증감을 보면, 남자는 93만 2천명으로 2만 3천명(2.5%), 여자는 70만 8천명으로 1만 9천명(2.8%) 각각 증가했다.
고용률은 61.9%로 전년동월대비 0.5%p 상승했으며 성별 전년동월대비 증감을 보면 남자는 71.1%로 0.5%p, 여자는 52.9%로 0.5%p 각각 상승했다.

직업별 취업자의 전년동월대비 증감을 보면, 관리자ㆍ전문가 3만 2천명(10.0%), 사무종사자 1만 2천명(4.0%), 서비스ㆍ판매종사자 7천명(2.0%) 각각 증가했으나, 기능·기계조작·조립·단순종사자는 1만명(-1.5%) 감소했다.
종사상 지위별 취업자에서 종사상 지위별로 전년동월대비 증감을 보면, 임금근로자 2만 4천명(1.8%), 비임금근로자 1만 9천명(6.1%) 각각 증가했다.
임금근로자 중 상용근로자 4만명(4.3%), 일용근로자 4천명(7.7%) 각각 증가했으나, 임시근로자는 2만 1천명(-6.8%) 감소했다.
비임금근로자 중 자영업자 1만 8천명(6.3%), 무급가족종사자 1천명(3.8%) 각각 증가했다.
취업시간대별 취업자에서 취업시간대별 취업자의 전년동월대비 증감을 보면, 36시간 미만 취업자는 32만 6천명으로 1만 2천명(3.4%) 감소했으나, 36시간 이상 취업자는 129만 2천명으로 6만 1천명(5.0%) 증가했다.
