대통령실이 18일 한·쿠바 수교 관련해 "카리브해 중심 국가 쿠바와 경제 협력 기반을 구축하고, 한국 기업 진출을 통한 윈-윈 협력을 모색할 수 있게 됐다"고 전했다.
