브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 기아가 오는 29일까지 채용 홈페이지를 통해 정보기술(IT) 부문을 비롯한 각 분야에 대해 두 자릿수 규모의 경력직 우수 인재 채용에 나선다.
IT 부문 내 채용 직무는 총 16개로 △IT 개발 △IT 관리·기술지원 △SW 아키텍트(Architect) △데이터·인프라·보안 엔지니어 등이다.
기아는 2025년까지 모든 차량을 소프트웨어 중심으로 개발하겠다는 현대차그룹 비전 아래 IT 인재를 적극 모집함으로써 IT 개발 역량을 강화한다는 계획이다.
기아는 IT 부문 외에도 △고객경험 △제조솔루션 △구매 △품질 △생산 등 12개 부문에서도 경력직 채용을 진행하고 있다.
채용 절차는 서류 전형(3월 초), 역량검사 및 1차 면접(3월 말), 2차 면접(4월 중) 순이며, IT 부문은 사전테스트와 코딩테스트가 별도로 실시되고 최종 합격자는 올해 상반기 중 입사하게 된다.
