본지(브레이크뉴스)는 2월21일자 “윤석열 대통령, 그린벨트 해제 장애 획일적 기준 20년 만에 전면 개편” 제목의 기사에서 “윤석열 대통령이 21일 '그린벨트 해제 결정적 장애가 됐던 획일적 해제 기준도 20년 만에 전면 개편하겠다'고 밝혔다. 윤석열 대통령은 이날 오후 울산시 울주군 울산전시컨벤션센터에서 '다시 대한민국! 울산과 대한민국의 새로운 도약' 주제로 열린 열세 번째 국민과 함께하는 민생토론회 모두 발언에서 '새로운 산업 전개를 위한 입지 마련이 필요하다'며 이같이 말했다. 이날 민생토론회는 토지 규제 개선 관련 정부 부처 합동 보고 및 참여자들 토론이 이어졌다.”고 전하고 “윤석열 대통령은 '개발제한구역(그린벨트) 및 농지 이용규제 개선을 통해 노동·자본·기술을 효율적으로 결합해 경제적 가치 창출을 확대해야 한다'며 '지역이 비교 우위에 있는 전략산업 추진때는 지역별 해제 총량에 구애받지 않도록 자율성을 대폭 보장해야 한다'고 말했다”고 보도했다.
