전북특별자치도 고창군이 민ㆍ관 협력을 바탕으로 결식 우려 아동들의 복지 틈새를 메우고 행복을 채우는 도시락을 배달한다.
심덕섭 고창군수는 23일 사회공헌 네트워크 행복얼라이언스(사무국 행복나래㈜)와 행정안전부 산하 지방재정 전문기관인 한국지방재정공제회 등과 '행복두끼 프로젝트 업무협약'을 체결했다.
이날 협약식에는 한국지방재정공제회 이인재 이사장ㆍ행복얼라이언스(행복나래㈜) 임은미 실장ㆍ행복도시락사회적협동조합 최 준 사무국장 등이 참석했다.
'행복두끼 프로젝트'는 결식 우려 아동을 지원하는 행복얼라이언스의 대표 사회공헌 사업이다.
이 프로젝트는 지방정부가 결식 우려 아동의 급식 지원 제도를 실시하기 이전에 행복얼라이언스와 멤버 기업이 아동들의 결식 상황이 발생하지 않도록 도시락을 전달하는 방식으로 추진된다.
