브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 제25대 농협중앙회장에 당선돼 임기를 시작한 강호동 회장이 7일 국립서울현충원을 방문해 참배했다.
이날 강 회장을 비롯해 이재식 농협중앙회 부회장, 조소행 상호금융대표이사, 박영훈 감사위원장, 박태선 조합감사위원장, 우성태 농업경제대표이사, 이석준 NH농협금융지주회장, 이석용 NH농협은행장 등이 동행해 순국선열과 호국영령에 헌화·참배했다.
강 회장은 “농업, 농촌, 농업인과 농협을 위해 새로운 대한민국 농협을 만들겠습니다”고 방명록을 작성했다.
강 회장의 현충원 참배는 당선 후 첫 공식일정으로, 오는 11일에는 취임식 및 비전선포식이 진행될 예정이다.
