<김일웅기자=속초> 속초 시설관리공단 김태균 이사장은 최근 충남 서천군 특화시장 화재로 어려움을 겪고 있는 시장 상인과 인근 주민 지원을 위한 성금 110만원을 전국재해구호협회 희망브리지에 12일 전달했다.
이번 성금은 지난달 2일에서 29일까지 공단 임직원 115명이 자율적으로 성금 모금을 추진해 마련했으며 과거 강원산불로 어려움을 겪었던 강원도민들을 위해 많은 국민들이 도움의 손길을 주신 것을 생각하며 작은 마음을 담았다고 전했다.
김태균 이사장은 “이번 화재로 힘든 시간을 보내고 있는 시장 상인과 인근 주민이 일상으로 복귀하는데 도움이 되길 바란다”며 “이번 화재 피해복구에 힘을 싣기 위해 직원들과 함께 성금을 기부했다”고 밝혔다.
