윤석열 대통령이 13일 경남 사천 삼천포 용궁수산시장을 방문해 상인들을 격려하고 민심을 청취했다.
앞서 윤 대통령은 이날 사천 한국항공우주산업(KAI)에서 열린 '우주산업클러스터' 출범식 참석 후 오후에 용궁수산시장을 찾았다.
윤 대통령의 전통시장 방문은 지난 2월 마산어시장 방문 이후 3주 만이다.
삼천포항 인근 바닷가에 소재한 삼천포 용궁수산시장은 사천지역서 가장 큰 규모의 수산물 특화 대표 전통시장이다.
윤 대통령은 이날 활어·선어·패류·건어물 등 다양한 수산물 점포를 일일이 둘러보며 제품을 구매하고 상인들을 격려했다.
또 시장에 장보러 나온 사천시민들과도 인사를 나누며 민심을 청취했다. 이 자리엔 박완수 경남지사·대통령실 성태윤 정책실장 등이 함께했다.
