[브레이크뉴스=정철규 기자] 진주시는 농기계임대사업소 이용 편의를 위해 스마트폰 앱을 구축해 임대농기계 예약서비스를 제공한다고 9일 밝혔다.
시는 기존 임대농기계 신청을 위해 직접 방문하거나 전화, 홈페이지를 통해 신청했지만 8일부터는 스마트폰 앱을 통한 방식을 추가해 이용할 수 있다.
진주시 스마트 농기계 임대 앱은 QR코드 스캔이나 안드로이드 운영체계 스마트폰 플레이스토어에서 ‘스마트농기계임대’ 검색해 설치하면 된다.
임대농기계 현황과 기종별 임대료는 앱 설치 후 확인할 수 있으며 임대 예약과 신청은 임대사업소에서 직접 회원 가입한 농업인만 가능하다.
진주시는 2019년 4월 중부를 시작으로, 2020년 남부, 2023년 동부 3개소에 임대농기계 98종 524대를 보유하고 있다.
진주시 관계자는 “농기계임대사업소 5주년을 맞아 앱을 구축했다”며“더 편리하고 안전하게 임대사업소를 이용할 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.
