브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= KB국민은행이 교육부, KB금융공익재단과 함께하는 특성화고 취업교육 프로그램 ‘KB굿잡 취업학교’의 열일곱 번째 문을 열었다.
‘KB굿잡 취업학교’는 특성화고 취업준비생을 대상으로 전담 컨설턴트를 배정해 진로 설정부터 일자리 매칭까지 원스톱(One-Stop) 취업교육을 제공하는 프로그램이다. 2016년부터 현재까지 1700여 명의 특성화고 취업준비생이 지원을 받았다.
KB굿잡 취업학교 17기 참가자 150여 명은 지난 8일부터 이틀간 온라인 취업캠프를 통해 취업준비 가이드, 의사소통 능력 관리, 자기소개서 컨설팅 등 취업 교육을 받았다. 캠프 종료 이후에는 참가자별 전담 컨설턴트가 배정되며 6개월 동안 맞춤형 컨설팅을 비롯해 정기적인 진로상담, 우수기업과의 취업 매칭 등 다양한 혜택이 주어진다.
KB국민은행 관계자는 “이번 KB굿잡 취업학교 17기가 예비 사회초년생인 특성화고 학생들에게 성공 취업의 방향을 제시해 줄 수 있기를 바란다”며 “앞으로도 더 많은 특성화고 학생들이 안정적으로 사회에 첫걸음을 내디딜 수 있도록 적극 지원하겠다”고 말했다.
한편, KB국민은행은 오는 5월 27일 서울 삼성동 코엑스에서 단일 규모 국내 최대의 취업박람회인 ‘2024 제1차 KB굿잡 우수기업 취업박람회’를 개최하는 등 청년 구직자의 취업 성공을 지원하는 데 앞장서고 있다.
