동국대 WISE캠퍼스, 경주형 세계시민교육 초청강연 개최

이날 정태인 대사는 ’경주에서 세계를 지향한다‘ 라는 주제로 강연을 펼쳤고 경주시민 및 동국대 WISE캠퍼스 교직원과 재학생 등 150여명이 강연에 참여했다. 강연 후에 정태인 대사는 경주시민 및 참석자 등으로부터 질문을 받고 답하는 시간을 가졌다.

‘경주형 세계시민교육’은 동국대 WISE캠퍼스 글로벌융합연구소에서 경주시와 관학협력사업의 일환으로 기획한 명품 교양강좌 시리즈로 매월 개최될 예정이다.

동국대 WISE캠퍼스 글로벌융합연구소 이영찬 교수는 “경주 시민들을 대상으로 문화다양성, 지속가능발전목표, 국제개발협력 등 세계시민성에 관한 핵심 주제별 강의를 제공하여 책임있는 세계시민으로서의 소양을 갖출 수 있도록 지원하고자 하며, 경주의 지역인재양성과 글로컬 특성화 모델을 창출할 수 있기를 기대한다.”고 말했다.
