브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 현대자동차가 어린이날을 맞이해 전기자동차(EV) ‘아이오닉 5’와 함께 가족과 다양한 캠핑 활동을 즐길 수 있는 ‘휠핑(Wheelping)’ 시즌 5 참가자를 모집한다.
휠핑은 자동차 바퀴를 뜻하는 ‘휠(Wheel)’과 ‘캠핑(Camping)’의 합성어로, 현대 SUV 차종과 함께하는 손쉬운 캠핑 경험을 고객에게 제공하기 위해 현대차가 2020년 선보인 아웃도어 라이프 플랫폼이다.
휠핑 시즌 5는 ‘휠핑 : 아이오닉 5 어린이 모험단’이라는 주제로 어린이날과 연계해 역대 최대 규모로 행사가 개최된다.
휠핑 시즌 5는 오는 5월 3일부터 6일까지 1박 2일씩 총 2회차로 경기 연천군 소재 연천 재인폭포 오토캠핑장에서 진행된다. 자녀가 있는 아이오닉 5 보유 고객 또는 관심 고객을 대상으로 참가 신청을 받아 총 200팀의 가족을 초청한다.
