[브레이크뉴스=양영석 기자] 김해시는 1회용컵 사용 줄이기와 개인 다회용컵 사용 활성화를 위해 ㈜다와, 공공기관 내 카페 13개소, 시청 주변 카페 4개소와 ‘김해시 탄소중립 카페 자발적 협약식’을 가졌다고 17일 밝혔다.
㈜다와는 환경부와 한국환경공단의 탄소중립 녹색생활 실천활동 참여 기업으로 기업과 개인이 줄인 탄소 저감 데이터량을 블록체인 데이터로 수치화해서 환경공단에 제공하는 ‘반들이 시스템’을 개발했으며 이 시스템을 ‘김해시 탄소중립 카페’ 에 적용해 다회용컵 사용 활성화에 동참한다.
이번 협약으로 탄소중립 카페에서 개인 다회용컵 1회 사용 시 개인은 300원, 카페 점주는 30원의 탄소중립포인트 녹색생활실천 인센티브를 지원받는다.
인센티브를 받으려면 먼저 환경공단의 ‘탄소중립포인트 녹색생활실천’과 ‘반들이’ 앱에 가입해야 하며 반들이 QR코드 스티커가 부착된 개인 다회용컵을 사용해 음료를 구매하면 된다.
또 추가 혜택으로 자원봉사 2시간을 받을 수 있다.
1365 자원봉사포털 사이트와 국제청소년문화재단에 회원 가입 후 강의 이수, 탄소중립 카페에서 개인 다회용컵 3회 이용 인증샷을 첨부하면 봉사시간 2시간을 인증받을 수 있다.
시는 친환경 개인 다회용컵 사용 활성화를 위한 시범사업으로 ‘김해시 탄소중립 카페 자발적 협약식’을 추진했다.
이로써 공공기관 직원들이 탄소중립과 녹색 생활 실천 문화 조성을 목표로 솔선수범에 나선다.
홍태용 시장은 “김해시만의 탄소중립 시책인 플라스틱 조화 제로화, 장례식장 등 다회용기 사용을 추진하면서 얻은 경험과 역량을 바탕으로 개인 다회용컵 사용 활성화를 새롭게 시작한다”며 “시민들의 많은 관심을 바란다”고 말했다.
