세종시교육원이 통합관제시스템 기능을 개선해 안정적인 인터넷서비스를 제공할 수 있게됐다고 23일 밝혔다
세종시교육원에 따르면 세종시 교육청 직속기관 및 각급학교 총 154곳을 대상으로 스쿨넷서비스 통합관제시스템 기능 개선을 완료했다.
‘스쿨넷서비스’란 교육청, 직속기관, 각급학교 등 각 교육기관이 이용하는 공공정보통신서비스를 의미한다.
‘통합관제시스템’은 이용기관에 설치되어있는 방화벽 장비를 연동하여 장비 성능정보, 장애감지 등의 정보를 통합하여 관제하는 중요한 역할을 한다.
세종교육원은 이용기관의 인터넷서비스 장애 발생 시 신속한 장애 복구와 각 기관의 안정적인 인터넷 이용을 위해 365일·24시간 무중단 통합관제시스템에 대한 기능 개선을 완료했다.
세종시교육원은 기능 개선된 통합관제시스템을 활용해 이용기관의 네트워크 상태와 인터넷 사용량(트래픽) 현황을 시각적으로 표현한 종합상황판을 실시간으로 확인하여 안정적인 인터넷서비스를 제공할 예정이다.
종합상황판은 세종시의 구역을 △동지역 북부 △동지역 남부 △읍면지역 등 총 3개 구역으로 구분된 권역별 학교를 지도 위에 보여주고 인터넷서비스 장애 현황을 실시간으로 관제할 수 있도록 구축됐다.
특히, 구역별 지도 화면에는 서비스 부하를 예방할 수 있도록 인터넷 사용량(트래픽) 상위 10개 기관이 표출된다.
또, 통합관제시스템은 구역별 지도가 일정 시간 간격으로 자동 전환됨에 따라 사각지대 없이 세종시교육청의 모든 이용기관을 관제할 수 있다.
