제1차 본회의에서는 박주학 의원이 영천시 바이오가스 기반 청정수소 생산에 대해 5분 자유발언을 했으며, 제237회 영천시의회 임시회 회기 결정의 건, 영천시장 및 관계공무원 출석요구의 건을 의결했다.
이번 임시회에서는 각 상임위원회별로 주요사업장 현장방문이 예정되어 있으며, 영천시 마약류 및 약물 오남용 예방에 관한 조례안(박주학 의원 발의) 등 총 17건의 안건을 심사한다.
29일 제2차 본회의에서는 각 상임위에서 심사한 안건을 의결하고 의사일정을 마무리할 계획이다.
영천시의회 하기태 의장은 “영천시의 당면 문제인 인구감소와 축사악취방지 대책을 위해 인구감소 대책 특별위원회와 영천시 축사 악취방지 대책 특별위원회가 본격적인 활동을 시작했다”며, “영천시의 지속적인 발전과 시민들의 삶의 질 향상을 위해 적극적인 의정활동을 펼치겠다.”고 말했다.
