세종시, 공동주택 관계자 교육 개최

세종시는 24일 시청 여민실에서 ‘공동주택관리법’에 따라 공동주택 입주자대표회의 등을 대상으로 법정교육을 개최했다고 밝혔다

이날 교육은 오전과 오후로 나눠 각각 관내 공동주택 경비업무 종사자 및 시설물 안전관리자 대상 ‘화재 및 범죄 예방 교육’, 입주자대표회의 구성원 대상 ‘입주자대표회의 운영 및 윤리교육’이 진행됐다.

교육은 반드시 준수해야 할 공동주택 소방·방범 등 안전 관리에 관한 실무와 입주자대표회의 구성원의 책임감과 윤리의식을 강화하는 내용으로 구성했다.

또 각 분야 전문 강사 4명을 초빙해 교육 만족도와 이해도를 높였다.

특히 공동주택관리와 연계해 ‘정원 속의 도시 세종’ 홍보영상을 소개하면서 정원 도시 조성에 대한 참석자들의 관심과 참여를 유도했다.

이두희 건설교통국장은 “우리시는 공동주택 거주 비율이 85%를 넘는 도시 특성상 공동주택 종사자와 입주자대표회의의 역할이 중요하다”며 “단지의 꼼꼼한 관리에 앞장서는 것과 함께 개최 예정인 2026년 국제정원도시박람회의에도 여러분의 자발적 참여를 당부드린다”고 말했다.
