국가철도공단, 제5회 토지보상협의체, 개최

국가철도공단은 공공사업의 토지보상 제도개선을 위해 6개 공공기관과 함께 공단 대전 본사에서 '제5회 토지보상협의체'를 개최했다고 24일 밝혔다.

공단에 따르면 토지보상협의체는 한국농어촌공사, 한국수자원공사, 한국전력공사, 한국토지주택공사, 한국도로공사, 한국부동산원 등 6개 기관이 공공사업의 토지보상 제도개선을 위해 구성된 협의체이다.

이날 회의에서는 ▲국·공유지 취득 및 무상귀속 절차 ▲폐기물 및 오염토지 보상 제도 ▲영농손실액 산정방법 ▲각종 양식의 법정 서식화 등 업무 개선 및 효율성 향상을 위해 보상담당자들이 머리를 맞댔다.

이성해 공단 이사장은 “공익사업의 원활한 추진을 위해 보상업무는 전문성이 요구되며, 토지보상협의체는 각 기관 보상전문가들이 함께하는 자리로 선진 보상문화를 정착하는데 의미가 깊다.”며 “앞으로도 각 기관과 소통하며 다양한 개선방안을 마련하여 더욱 공정하고 투명한 보상업무를 통해 국민의 재산권을 보호하고 신뢰받는 공공기관이 되겠다.”고 말했다.
