진주시, 월아산 어린이날 문화축제 개최

[브레이크뉴스=정철규 기자] 진주시는 제102회 어린이날을 맞아 오는 5월 5일부터 6일까지 진성면 월아산 숲속의 진주 일원에서 어린이 동반 가족을 대상으로 ‘월아산 어린이날 문화축제’를 개최한다고 30일 밝혔다.

이번 축제 문화공연은 어린이들의 눈높이에 맞춰 어린이 코미디콘서트와 그린그린 콘서트, 로봇 마술공연인 옵티머스 프라임&범블비의 로봇대전 등이며 모두 야외무대에서 진행된다.

또 시는 10종 특별 체험활동으로 향기테라피, 압화 자화상 만들기, 더피고사리 화분 만들기, 풍선아트 등 오감을 자극할 수 있는 체험들로 구성해 방문객들에게 즐거움을 선사할 예정이다.

이 밖에도 진성면민이 참여하는 지역 농산물 홍보장터와 지난 3월 개장해 인기를 얻고 있는 짚라인과 로프어드벤처를 비롯한 다양한 산림레포츠 시설과 목공체험도 정상 운영된다.

진주시 관계자는 “어린이날을 맞아 가족들이 함께 즐길 수 있는 축제를 개최해 뜻깊게 생각한다”며 “안전사고 예방을 위해 차량 통행이 제한될 수 있어 방문객의 협조 바란다”고 말했다.
