세종시가 지난 20일과 21일 이틀간 전 직원을 대상으로 반부패·청렴교육을 실시했다고 밝혔다.
세종시청 여민실에서 실시한 이번 교육은 공직사회 자율적 청렴 역량 내재화를 목표로 국민권익위원회 청렴연수원의 김정환, 정승호 전문강사를 초빙해 진행했다.
이번 교육에서는 공무원 행동강령에서 정한 사적 노무 요구 금지 ,직무권한 등을 행사한 부당 행위의 금지 ,감독기관의 부당한 요구 금지 등 직무상 갑질 금지를 중심으로 다양한 사례가 소개됐다.
특히 올해는 직원들에게 일상 속 청렴의 중요성을 알리고 청렴에 대한 공감을 이끌 수 있는 샌드아트 공연형 교육을 진행해 큰 호응을 얻었다.
세종시는 ‘365일 24시간 청렴세종’ 비전을 구현하기 위해 매년 반부패·청렴시책 추진계획을 수립하고 청렴 실천을 일상화하는 등 시민들이 신뢰하는 청렴기관으로 도약하기 위한 다양한 노력을 기울일 방침이라고 전했다.
