세종시가 청년 임대주택 ‘세종형 쉐어하우스’입주자를 내달 3일부터 28일까지 19～39세 청년·대학생·취업준비생을 대상으로 모집한다고 24일 밝혔다.
세종시에서 매입해 운영 중인 세종형 쉐어하우스는 전용면적 17～32㎡ 규모로, 냉장고·에어컨·책걸상 등이 구비돼 있을 뿐만 아니라 시중 시세보다 30～50% 수준의 저렴한 임대 조건을 갖추고 있다.
월 임대료는 차상위계층 등 1순위의 경우 5만～10만 원, 2·3순위는 7만～17만 원이다.
이번 모집은 신안1 10호(조치원읍 돌간1길 3) ,신안2 10호(조치원읍 돌간길 45) ,금암 10호(장군면 대학길 198-14) 등 총 30호로 임대차 계약기간은 2년이다.
재계약을 통해 최장 10년까지 거주할 수 있고 입주 후에 결혼하면 재계약 횟수를 연장해 최장 20년까지 거주할 수 있다.
