충남 서산시의회는 24일 제294회 임시회 제2차 본회의를 열고 조례안 15건, 승인안 1건, 2024년도 제2회 추가경정예산안 및 기금운용변경계획안 등 총 21개 안건을 처리했다.
‘2024년도 제2회 추가경정예산안’은 기정예산액 1조 1,686억원 대비 1,340억원(11.4%)이 증액된 1조 3,026억원으로 편성되었다. 각 상임위원회와 예산결산특별위원회의 심사를 거친 결과 3,330만원을 삭감하고 전액 내부유보금에 증액 편성하는것으로 수정가결하였으며,‘2024년도 제2회 추가경정 기금운용변경계획안’은 원안가결하였다.
시의회는 서산시의회 의원 연구모임 구성 및 운영 조례 일부개정조례안(김용경 의원 대표발의), 서산시 장사시설의 설치 및 관리 조례 일부개정조례안(안원기 의원 대표발의), 서산시 스토킹 예방 및 피해지원에 관한 조례안(이경화 의원 대표발의), 서산시 국외소재문화유산 보호 및 환수활동 지원 조례안(최동묵 의원 대표발의), 서산시 유아 숲 교육 활성화에 관한 조례안(한석화 의원 대표발의) 등 19개 안건을 원안가결하였다.
