지난 2014년 창단한 제주 발달장애인 하음오케스트라는 제주지역의 발달장애인으로 이루어진 연주단체. 장애인식개선 찾아가는 문화예술공연, 자폐스펙트럼장애 국제심포지엄 초청공연, 장애인고용컨설팅 초청공연 등 지난 10년간 연주 활동을 지속해 왔다.
