브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 유한양행은 지난 5월 31일 대방동 소재 본사에서 고용노동부에서 주관하는 일자리 수요데이 운영프로그램으로 원데이 기업투어를 진행했다고 3일 밝혔다.
유한양행은 남녀고용평등 우수기업 및 가족친화 인증기업으로서 2024년 남녀고용평등 강조기간에 열리는 일자리 수요데이 행사에 참여했다.
기업투어는 본사 4층 대연수실에서 모여 오후 2시부터 오후 5시 30분까지 3시간 30분 가량 진행됐으며, 약품 및 해외(CDMO) 영업 직무 희망 청년 구직자 80여명이 참석했다.
이날 프로그램은 유한양행의 기업문화탐방, 약품 및 해외영업 직무소개, 현직자와 함께하는 소그룹 멘토링, 유일한기념관 및 메모리얼룸 견학 등으로 이뤄졌다.
유한양행 관계자는 “일과 가정의 양립, 워라벨 보장 등 최근 구직자들이 회사를 선택하는 기준은 점점 다양해지고 있다”며 “우수인력의 영입과 기존 임직원들을 위해 각종 복리후생, 기업문화 개선 등 끊임없이 노력하고 있다”고 전했다.
한편, 현재 유한양행은 현재 2024년 상반기 신입 및 경력 사원을 모집중이다.
