당진시,1읍면 1도서관 조성 건강·힐링 특화 도서관 개관

충남 당진시는 지난 4일 지역의 복합문화공간 역할을 할 건강·힐링 특화 도서관인‘정미4.4만세 작은도서관’ 개관식을 개최했다고 밝혔다.

2023년 12월부터 당진시립도서관은 총사업비 1억 5,000만 원을 투입해, 지역의 복합문화공간 역할을 할 정미4.4만세 작은도서관을 마지막으로 당진시 모든 읍면에 1읍면 1도서관을 조성했다.

'정미4.4만세 작은도서관'은 건강·힐링 특화도서관으로 건강 ·힐링 주제 위주의 장서 구성, 지식제공은 물론 건강 ·힐링 주제 관련 작가 초청 강연회를 하고 보건소와 협업해 특화 프로그램을 운영할 예정이다.

또한 개관식 이후엔 ‘자연인에게 배운 진짜 행복’이라는 주제로 방송인 이승윤의 북콘서트가 열려 시민들의 큰 호응을 얻었다.

오성환 당진시장은 "작은도서관은 내가 사는 곳에서 가장 가까운 도서관인만큼 언제든 편하게 갈 수 있고, 다시 찾고 싶고, 머무르고 싶은 도서관이어야 한다. 라고 말했다.
