대통령실이 9일 북한의 대남 오물풍선 살포 재개에 대응한 대북 확성기 방송 즉각 재개와 관련해 "북한이 명백히 대한민국 사회를 혼란스럽게 하고, 국민 불안을 가중하는 행위를 하는 이상 정부로서도 가만히 있을 수 없었다"고 밝혔다.
