세종교육청, 산업 안전 보건 관리 감독자 교육

세종시교육청은 지난28일과 이달 10일 총 두 차례에 걸쳐 세종교육원 1층 대강당에서 유치원장, 학교장, 직속 기관장 등 관리 감독자 152명을 대상으로 ‘2024년 산업 안전 보건 관리 감독자 정기 교육’을 실시했다.

세종교육청에 따르면 이번 교육은 각 기관의 안전 보건 업무를 총괄하고 있는 관리 감독자의 안전 보건 전문 지식 함양과 안전 의식 제고를 위해 마련됐다.

특히, 전문가가 사례 중심으로 강의를 진행해 관리 감독자의 안전 관리 실무 능력을 크게 향상시켰다.

교육에 참여한 한 학교장은 “학교 현장에서 개선해야 할 위험 요소가 무엇인지 한 번 더 생각해 보는 계기가 되었다.”라며, “사례 중심 교육이 관리 감독자의 직무 수행 능력과 실무 역량을 강화하는 데 많은 도움을 주었다.”라고 말했다.
