[브레이크뉴스=정철규 기자] 진주시는 브라질 출장단이 브라질 상조세두스캄푸스시를 방문해 우주항공산업 분야 협력을 위해 상조세두스캄푸스시, 상조세두스캄푸스 기술혁신파크(PIT)와 업무협약을 체결했다고 12일 밝혔다.
이날 협약식에는 양 시의 대표와 PIT 관계자뿐만 아니라 정부기관 관계자와 브라질 ABC연방대학교 항공우주공학 교수 등 현지 우주항공분야 전문가도 함께 참석해 큰 관심을 표했다.
협약 주요 내용은 ‘양 도시는 글로벌 리더십을 달성하기 위해 우주항공산업 육성에 적극적으로 협력, 우주항공산업 분야에서 협력을 강화하고 연구기관, 교육기관, 조직 간 인재 교류 추진 등이다.
앤더슨 파리아스 페레이라 상조세두스캄푸스시 시장은 “우주항공산업의 발전을 통해 양 시가상호 성장할 수 있기를 기대하고, 기술혁신파크를 통해 실질적으로 필요한 행정과기업 교류 지원에 노력하겠다”고 말했다.
