카자흐스탄을 국빈 방문한 윤석열 대통령이 12일(현지시각) 카심 조마르트 토카예프 카자흐 대통령과 정상회담을 갖고 양국 간 핵심광물 공급망 협력 양해각서(MOU) 등 3건의 MOU를 체결했다.
