윤석열 대통령이 27일 김창기 국세청장 후임에 강민수 서울지방국세청장, 국무조정실 국무1차장에 김종문 대통령국정과제비서관을 각각 지명했다.
또 신임 소방청장에 허석곤 부산 소방재난본부장, 기상청장에 장동언 기상청 차장을 각각 임명했다. 대통령실은 이날 오전 언론공지에서 이같은 인사 사안을 전했다.
경남 창원 출신 강 신임 국세청장 후보자는 행정고시 37회 출신으로 부산 동래고·서울대 경영학과 졸업 후 영국 버밍엄대에서 경영학 석사학위를 받았다. 국세청장 경우 차관급이나 핵심 권력기관장으로 향후 국회 인사청문회를 거쳐야 한다.
대통령실은 강 후보자에 대해 "세제정책 전반에 대한 풍부한 경험·탁월한 소통 역량을 토대로 국세청 주요 과업을 내실 있게 추진해 나갈 적임자"라고 전했다.
김 신임 국무조정실 국무1차장은 고려대 행정학과 졸업 후 서울대에서 행정학 박사를 취득했다. 행정고시 37회 출신으로 국무조정실 규제조정실장·규제총괄정책관·기획총괄정책관 등 주요 보직을 두루 거쳤다.
대통령실은 김 차장에 대해"풍부한 국정기획 경험·뛰어난 추진력과 소통 능력을 바탕으로 국무총리를 보좌해 국정현안을 조율해 나갈 적임자"라고 전했다.
허 신임 소방청장 내정자는 부산대 해양학과 졸업 후 동대학원에서 행정학 석사를 받았다. 지난 30여 년간 소방공무원으로 재직하며, 부산 소방재난본부장·인천·경남·울산 소방본부장을 지낸 소방안전 전문가다.
장 신임 기상청장 내정자는 서울대 대기과학과 졸업후 동대학원에서 박사학위를 받았다. 미국 나사(NASA·미국 항공우주국) 출신 연구원으로 지난 23년 간 기상청 내 주요 보직에 근무한 기상 전문가다.
대통령실은 장 내정자에 대해 "위험 기상·지진으로부터 국민을 보호하고 안정적 기상서비스를 이끌어갈 적임자"라고 전했다.
