브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 농협중앙회 지역사회공헌부가 지난 27일부터 28일까지 1박 2일간 ‘2024 청여농 역량강화 워크숍’을 실시했다.
이번 워크숍은 농촌정착 우수 청년여성농업인으로 구성된 단체인 청년여성농업인협동조합 회원 40여 명을 대상으로 실시했다.
사업계획서 작성, 스피치 능력향상, 세무·회계 실무 관련 전문강의로 구성, 청년여성농업인들의 농업경영 경쟁력 강화에 실질적 도움이 되게 했다.
지역사회공헌부 손영민 부장은 “청년여성농업인의 안정적 농업·농촌 정착과 역량강화를 위해 앞으로도 다양한 교육을 지원해 나가겠다”고 말했다.
한편, 청년여성농업인협동조합은 농업에 주체적으로 종사하고 있는 만 18세에서 만 45세의 청년여성농업인들이 회원들의 농촌 정착을 위한 교육 지원 사업, 판매활동 지원 사업(꾸러미 상품제작, 직거래 장터, 청여농 마켓) 등을 실시하는 단체다.
