나토(NATO·북대서양조약기구) 정상회의 참석에 앞서 미국 하와이주 호놀룰루를 방문 중인 윤석열 대통령이 9일(현지시간) 미 인도태평양사령부를 방문해 "We go together(같이 갑시다)"를 외치며 한·미동맹 결속력을 강조했다.
윤 대통령은 이날 인도태평양사령부에 도착해 사무엘 파파로 사령관 영접을 받은 가운데 중앙 로비에서 소속 사령관들과 함께 단체 기념 촬영을 했다. 파파로 사령관이 주먹을 쥐며 "We go together(같이 갑시다)"라 했고, 윤 대통령도 "We go together"이라며 함께 주먹을 쥐어보였다.
