시는 지난 1일 복지 유관기관으로 구성된 읍면동 명예사회복지공무원 2000여 명을 위촉해 위기가구 발굴과 지원을 위한 협력체계를 만들었다.
시는 실태조사를 통해 사회적 고립도가 높은 대상자 11명에게 고독사 예방 반려로봇을 지원, 명예사회복지공무원의 인적안전망을 활용 등 사회안전망 구축에 최선을 다하고 있다.
또 시는 위기가구 신고포상금 지원사업과 복지등기우편사업을 시행해, 상반기에 259가구를 발굴해 65가구에게 공적서비스 및 복지서비스 연계를 지원했다.
특히 위기가구 신고포상금 지원사업은 이웃의 어려움을 알고 돕고자 하는 선한 마음의 순환으로 이어져 진주시의 희망복지를 이끌고 있다.
