세종시교육청 학교지원본부가 운영하는 ‘찾아가는 행정지원단’이 가동에 들어갔다.
22일 시 교육청에 따르면 가동에 나선 행정지원단은 세종지역내 146개 학교를 대상으로 학교 현장에서 회계업무를 담당하는 직원이 공백일 경우, 업무 공백과 학교의 어려움을 지원하는 역할을 맡게 된다.
그동안 전담 직원 1명을 배치해 업무를 지원했으나 학교지원본부 출범으로.올 해 7월부터는 학교지원본부 행정지원부 직원 13명으로 구성된 지원단이 직접 지원에 나서게 된다.
대상 학교는 회계업무를 담당하는 지방공무원이 5일 이상 30일 미만 부재 하는 경우 행정지원단이 투입된다.
지원 범위는 ▲사례별 지출 방법 ▲전입금 및 수익자 징수결의 등 학교회계 세입·세출 분야며, 지원 시간은 1일 최대 4시간, 주당 최대 20시간이다.
‘찾아가는 행정지원단’은 다양한 지식과 경험을 가진 선배 공무원으로서 업무에 어려움을 느끼는 후배 공무원들에게 업무 비결도 전수한다.
학교지원본부는 희망 학교일 경우 일정을 조율해 학교회계 초급 연수도 진행할 예정이다.
