대통령실이 2일 최근 부동산 가격 상승 관련해 "8월 15일 이전에 종합 대책을 발표 예정"이라고 전했다.
대통령실 관계자는 이날 오후 용산 대통령실에서 취재진과 만나 "서울 집값이 강남 3구·마·용·성 위주로 많이 오르고 있고 최근 올라가는 속도가 조금 가파른 걸로 보여 정부 대책이 필요하다 보고 있다"며 이같이 밝혔다.
그러면서 "현재 대책을 관계부처 간 논의하고 있다"며 "주 내용은 공급대책 위주로 지금 정부가 할 수 있는 모든 대책을 검토하고 있다"고 말했다.
또 "어디까지 발표할진 부처 간 협의를 통해 결정할 것"이라며 "세제는 협의가 필요한 부분이 있어 시간이 소요될 것"이라고 전했다.
이어 '대책에 대출 규제 등 금융 대책도 포함되는지?' 여부에 "공급 쪽을 주로 검토하고 있으나 대출 규제·금융 쪽도 다 보고는 있다"며 "이번에 금융 쪽을 포함할진 결정되지 않았다고, 이번 대책이 공급 위주 대책인 건 확실하다"고 전했다.

한편 더불어민주당 등 야당이 '민생회복지원금지급 특별조치법' 이른바 '전국민 25만원 살포법'을 본회의에서 단독 의결시킨 가운데 해당 법안의 경제적 효과 관련해 "13조 재원이 소요되나 재원에 비해 효과가 크지 않다"며 "윤석열 정부 정책은 어려운 계층을 목표로 지원하는 것으로 법안은 보편적 지원으로서 잘 맞지 않는다"고 밝혔다.
또 "헌법상 삼권분립 원칙에도 어긋난다"며 "헌법상 예산 편성권은 정부에 있는데 법률을 통해 행정부에 예산을 강제하는 건 위헌"이라고 밝혔다.
더불어 "국회서 통과된다면 행정안전위 소관 법률로 돼 있어 행정안전부 장관이 관계 부처 합동으로 의견을 제시 예정"이라고 덧붙였다.
