최민호 세종시장이 7월 인사 발령에 따른 차질 없는 업무 수행을 당부했다.
최민호 시장은 5일 시청 여민실에서 열린 8월 직원 소통의 날에 참석해 “무더운 여름, 보직 이동으로 업무 파악에 어려움이 더욱 크겠지만 새로운 자리에 빠르게 적응해 업무에 차질이 없도록 해달라”고 강조했다.
특히 최 시장은 지난달 26일부터 28일까지 개최된 조치원복숭아축제 당시 성공적인 축제 개최를 위해 일선에서 고생한 직원을 격려했다.
그는 “이번 조치원복숭아축제는 용역 업체를 선정해 개최한 것이 아니라, 시와 조치원읍, 관계기관 등 여러 직원이 축제 전반에 걸쳐 직접 준비하고 운영했다”며 “그 결과 방문객은 지난해 6만 명대에서 올해 8만 명대로 증가하는 등 값진 성과를 낼 수 있었다”고 말했다.
이어 “직원 여러분의 헌신에 감사드리며 이번 인사 발령 이후에도 새로운 자리에서 새로운 마음으로 업무에 집중하자”고 덧붙였다.
