[브레이크뉴스=주윤한 기자] 거창군 제1회 영호남 상생예술 사진교류전이 6일부터 10일까지 거창문화센터에서 한국사진작가협회 거창지부과 화순지부에서 공동으로 주관해 개최된다.

‘제1회 영호남 상생예술 사진교류전’은 사진 교류를 통한 영호남 문화예술 상생발전과 지역 소통, 화합을 위해 마련된 전시회로 지난 7월 전남 화순군립 최상준미술관에서 처음으로 그 막을 열었다.

8월에는 거창군에서 전시를 이어가며 거창과 화순의 수려한 자연경관과 문화적 정서를 담은 두 지역 사진작가들의 작품 40여 점을 전시하고 있다.

행사 첫날 열린 개전식에는 한국사진작가협회 경남지부 한희동 부회장, 이병철 거창 부군수, 이재운 거창군의회 의장 등 80여명이 참석한 가운데 진행됐다.

이현완 한국사진작가협회 거창지부장은 “이번 전시를 통해 거창과 화순의 우정을 다지는 계기가 되길 바란다”며 “거창과 화순, 모두 아름다운 명소가 많은 고장으로 사진인들이 작품활동을 통해 지역의 아름다움을 알리는 데 힘쓰겠다”고 밝혔다.
