[브레이크뉴스=정철규 기자] 진주시와 진주문화관광재단은 오는 15일 저녁 7시 30분께 진주성 중영 특설무대에서 ‘2024진주문화유산야행’개막식을 개최한다고 13일 밝혔다.
진주문화유산 야행은 가문화유산에 대한 자부심과 소중함을 느낄 수 있도록 지난 2022년 쇄미록, 지난 2023년 선무공신교서에 이어 2024년은 진주성도의 스토리로 3년 연속 개최되고 있다.
특히 올해 개최되는 진주문화유산 야행은 국가유산 미디어아트와 연계해 진주성의 다채로운 야간 볼거리를 제공해 가족단위 시민과 관람객들의 흥미와 만족도가 한층 더 높아질 전망이다.
이번 야행의 핵심 테마인 8야(夜)는 야경(夜景), 야로(夜路), 야사(夜史),야숙(夜宿) 등으로 매일 밤 다양한 프로그램을 구성해 차별화된 문화유산 탐방 경험을 할 수 있도록 기획됐다.
진주시 관계자는 "야간에 진주성의 아름다움을 더해 줄 다채로운 콘텐츠를 준비해 시민과 관광객들에게 진주의 역사·문화·관광에 대한 이미지를 높이기 위해 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.
