[브레이크뉴스=정철규 기자] 진주시는 오는 9월 2일부터‘하반기 청년 자격증 응시료 지원사업’을 시행한다고 29일 밝혔다.
지난해부터 시행하는 청년자격증 응시료 지원 사업은 어학 및 국가기술자격증, 한국사능력검정시험 등 취업에 필요한 각종 시험응시료의 실비를 지원하는 사업이다.
지원대상은 시험 응시일부터 사업 신청일까지 진주시에 거주하는 18~39세 미취업청년으로 1인당 연 2회, 최대 10만원까지 지원한다.
진주시 관계자는 “청년들에게 경제적 부담을 줄이고 역량을 개발하는 데 도움이 되길 바란다”며 “청년들에게 도움이 되는 맞춤형 정책지원을 확대해 나가겠다”고 말했다.
