윤석열 대통령이 30일 김문수 고용노동부 장관 임명으로 후반기 내각 진용에 대한 마무리 수순을 밟은 가운데 연금·의료·교육·노동 등 4대 개혁에 저출생 대응을 더한 '4+1 개혁'을 가속화할 전망이다.
