수원경제정의실천시민연합(이하 수원경실련)과 수원FC, 수원시자원봉사센터가 함께 하는 수원새벽빛 장애인야학 살리기 나눔문화프로젝트에 영통발전연대는 8월 30일 수원시 영통구청장실에서 수원새벽빛 장애인야학 살리기 기부금 전달식을 열고 수원경실련에 기부금 300만 원을 전달했다.
이영종 영통발전연대 회장을 비롯한 임원들은 “수원새벽빛 장애인야학이 어려움을 겪고 있다는 소식을 듣고 임원들이 십시일반으로 기부금을 모았다”며 노건형 수원경실련 사무처장에게 전달했다.
앞서 강대헌 권선사랑연합회장과 임원들은 8월 29일 수원시자원봉사센터 1층 착한공터에서 수원새벽빛 장애인야학 살리기 기부금 전달식을 열고 최영화 수원시자원봉사센터장에게 기부금 200만 원을 기탁했다.
정찬해 사통팔달협의회장과 임원들은 지난달 23일 오전 9시 수원시자원봉사센터를 찾아 “수원시새벽빛 장애인야학을 살리는 데 보태달라”며 기부금 400만 원을 김상연 수원경실련 공동대표에 전달했다.
박충규 장안사랑발전협의회장과 임원들도 같은 날 오전 이상수 장안구청장과 수원시자원봉사센터를 방문해 수원시새벽빛 장애인야학 살리기에 동참한다며 기부금 300만 원을 김상연 수원경실련 공동대표에 전달했다.
송영미 국제라이온스협회 354-B지구 화홍라이온스클럽 회장은 수원새벽빛 장애인야학 살리기 1만 원 기부운동에 직접 나서서 회원들과 헤라건강학교총동문회를 대상으로 릴레이 전파를 하고 있다.
김옥란 국제라이온스협회 354-B지구 1지역 부총재도 장애인야학 돕기 1만 원 기부운동을 1지역 라이온스 클럽에 널리 전파하고 있다.
김상연 수원경실련 공동대표는 “수원새벽빛 장애인야학 살리기 기부운동에 민간단체들이 적극 나서주신 데 감사드린다”며 “시민들이 모두 나서서 단 한 번 1만 원 기부에 함께 해주셔서 수원이 진정한 나눔의 도시가 되고 있다는 걸 느끼고 있다”고 말했다.
