화성시, 개별공시지가 열람 및 의견제출

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=화성 이현준기자] 화성시는 관내 7,054필지의 개별공시지가에 대한 열람 및 의견 제출을 접수 받는다.

오는 2일부터 23일까지 21일간 2024년 7월 1일 기준으로 한다.

열람대상 토지는 2024년 1월 1일부터 6월 30일 사이에 토지분할, 합병, 지목변경 등 토지이동 된 필지로, 의견제출은 열람대상 토지의 토지소유자 및 그 밖의 이해관계인이면 가능하다.

개별공시지가 열람 및 의견 제출은 시청 부동산관리과, 동부출장소 민원토지과, 동탄출장소 민원여권과, 토지 소재지 읍·면·동 행정복지센터에서 방문·우편으로 하면 된다. 온라인으로는 부동산공시가격 알리미에서도 가능하다.

열람한 개별공시지가가 토지이용상황 등 토지특성이 같거나 가장 유사한 표준지의 가격이나 인근토지의 지가와 균형을 이루고 있지 아니한 경우에는 적정한 의견가격을 제시한 의견서를 제출하면 된다.

정기호 부동산관리과장은 “매년 공시하는 개별공시지가는 양도소득세·증여세·상속세·종합부동산세 등의 국세, 재산세·취득세 등의 지방세, 개발부담금, 국공유재산 임대료의 부과기준이 되는 만큼, 열람 및 의견제출 기간 내 토지소유자의 적극적인 의견 제시를 당부드린다”고 말했다.

한편, 개별공시지가는 오는 10월 31일 자로 결정·공시되며, 10월 31일부터 11월 29일까지는 시민의 재산권과 직결되는 권리 행사를 위해 이의신청기간도 운영한다.
