[브레이크뉴스경기남부=수원 이현준기자] 경기주택도시공사(GH)는 대만 ‘국가주택도시재생센터’ 관계자들을 대상으로 GH의 추진성과 및 스마트시티 조성계획 등을 설명했다.

대만의 국토관리부서와 국가주택도시재생센터 방문단은 최근 준공한 동탄2 신동포레 경기행복주택을 방문해 친환경 기술인 미세먼지 저감을 위한 미스트폴 쿨링포그 시스템, 옥외용 공기정화장치와 벽면녹화 시공사례와 공급 및 관리운영 전반에 대한 선진 사례를 벤치마킹 했다.
특히 방문단은 녹색건축 인증 ‘최우수등급’, 건물에너지효율등급 ‘1++’ 신재생에너지 ‘태양광, 태양열, 지열’을 공공임대주택에 도입한 건강친화형 주택을 둘러보면서 공공임대주택의 추진 방향성 등에 대하여 의견을 나눴다고 GH측은 전했다.
