[브레이크뉴스경기남부=성남 이현준기자] 성남시가 전세 사기 피해 예방 및 안전을 위한 ‘안전 전세 관리단’을 발족했다.
3일 시청 한누리실에서 관내 공인중개사 73명을 안전전세 관리단원으로 위촉했다.
안전 전세 관리단은 시가 추진하는 안전 전세 프로젝트의 일환으로, 관계 공무원과 한국공인중개사협회 성남시지회 공인중개사들로 구성됐다.
관리단은 앞으로 시민들이 신뢰할 수 있는 부동산거래 환경 조성과 전세 피해 예방을 위한 ‘안전 전세 길목 지킴 운동’을 관내 공인중개사 2400여명과 함께 벌이게 된다.

이번 전세 사기 예방 캠페인에 동참하는 공인중개사에게는 ‘안전 전세 지킴이’ 인증마크를 사무소에 부착하여 시민들이 이를 확인하여 안심하고 이용할 수 있도록 할 계획이다.
또한, 전세 사기 등 불법 행위에 선제적으로 대응하기 위해 안전전세 관리단이 현장 정보를 활용한 불법행위를 상시 모니터링하고 불법행위가 의심되는 부동산중개사무소 대상으로 정기적인 합동 지도·점검을 실시할 예정이다.
