브레이크뉴스 정민우 기자= 삼성전자로지텍이 산업통상자원부 산하 한국표준협회가 주관하는 안전보건경영시스템 국제표준 ‘ISO 45001’ 인증을 3일 획득했다.
‘ISO 45001’은 국제표준기구(ISO)에서 제정한 안전보건 관리에 대한 국제 표준으로, 산업재해를 효율적으로 예방하고 안전한 근무 환경을 조성하기 위해 체계적인 관리 시스템을 갖춘 기업에 부여된다.
삼성전자로지텍은 이번 평가에서 △안전보건경영 방침 수립 및 전파 △근무자의 위험성 평가 및 개선 △안전 중심의 조직문화 형성 등 안전한 작업 환경 조성을 위한 노력을 인정받았다.
특히, ‘안전환경이 경영의 제1원칙’이라는 경영방침을 바탕으로 안전한 작업 환경에서 고품질의 서비스를 제공하기 위해 노력하고, 업무 중 발생할 수 있는 사고 요인을 사전에 파악해 개선하는 데 중점을 뒀다.
일례로, 2017년부터 에어컨 설치 중 발생할 수 있는 추락사고를 예방하기 위해 안전벨트와 안전모 등 개인 보호구 착용 기준 및 관리체계를 정착시켜 왔다. 또한, 2022년부터는 98인치 대형 TV 배송 시 작업자의 넘어짐과 부딪힘 등을 방지하기 위해 자체적으로 제작한 지그(JIG)를 활용하고 있다.
