시가 올해 3월부터 시행 중인 ‘지적확정측량 사전협의제’ 대상은 도시개발사업이나 주택건설 사업 등 ‘공간정보의 구축 및 관리 등에 관한 법률’에서 정한 15개 사업과 국토교통부 장관이 고시한 16개 토지개발사업이다.
이 제도는 지적확정측량 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 경계설정 부적정이나 사업계획도와 다른 시공, 지목 설정 오류 등을 착공 전부터 준공 전까지 과정에서 검토해 보완할 수 있도록 돕는 행정서비스다.
이를 통해 사업시행자와 시공사는 경계 설정 부적정으로 인한 계획 변경이나 재시공에 따른 비용 발생이나 준공 기간 연기 등의 문제를 방지할 수 있다.
